— General

  • The waiting time can be of 2 week up to 1-2 months, depending on the time of purchase. If you have a deadline, let me know beforehand;

  • I have the right to decline your commission for any reason;

  • You won't use my art as a NFT or for AI training;

  • I have the right to post the illustration in W.I.P;

  • Do not remove the watermark! You may not claim the artwork as your own;

  • You must provide any kind of reference for character, pose, accessories, background, etc;

  • You have the right to claim the privacy request; (where I'm not allowed to post Wips or the full artwork without permission from the client, in case it is for a surprise, a gift or for some personal doing!)

  • You may use the finished artwork on your personal uses and social media accounts;

  • For commercial work, you may contact me on my social media accounts or e-mail;

  • The finished artwork artwork will be sent through email in format png or pdf;

— Revision

  • You have a maximum of 3 revisions after the 50% payment. Any more will incur extra charges

  • You must pay a 50% initial deposit to avail of the service and pay the rest after the final product

  • Payment is expected within a 24 hour window following the commission request. Failure to remit payment within this stipulated period will result in the cancellation of the reserved slot, making it available for sale once again.

  • Work on commissioned projects will commence solely upon receipt of the 50% payment.

— Refunds

  • You have the right to ask for 100% of the money back in case you need it, so request it before I start the sketch.

  • The refund will be different since I've already started the progress of the artwork (started sketch and final sketch phase), so you may have the right to ask for 30% of the money back.

  • Instances of forced refunds or chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate blacklisting. Moreover, the commissioned work may be repurposed and subsequently offered for resale.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission at my discretion and offer a full refund at any point, should I deem it necessary.

  • I will not accept refund request after full completed artwork!
